Navidades sureñas

Todos sabemos como son las Navidades en el hemisferio norte pero hoy conoceremos como la celebran en Australia.

We kn all like it is the Christmas in the north hemisphere but today we will know as they celebrate in Australia.

Para empezar, que en Australia haya una sociedad multicultural y ocurra en el mes más caluroso del Verano hace que sean muy especiales, como por ejemplo celebrar la cena de Navidad en la playa o escuchar conciertos tirados en mantas y con velas como el "Carols by candlelight"para escuchar villancicos, que ocurre en parques y estadios deportivos de toda Australia. Pero también poseen muchas tradiciones europeas como los arboles de Navidad, los calendarios de Adviento, muñecos de nieve hechos de arena y por supuesto Papá Noel  y los regalos en los calcetines.

To begin, that in Australia there is a multicultural society and happens in the warmest summer month it does that they are very special, since for example to celebrate the Christmas dinner in the beach or to listen to concerts thrown in blankets and with candles as the " Carols by candlelight " to listen to Christmas carols, which it happens in parks and sports stadiums of the whole Australia. But also they have many European traditions like the Christmas trees, the calendars of Advent, snowmen made of sand  and certainly Santa Claus and the presents in the socks.

 Y ¿que hay de los postres típicos? A continuación pondré varios y vosotros tendréis que adivinarlos que pueden ser:

1º Este postre sólido es una mezcla de pasas, de cerezas, coco, leche en polvo y arroz inflado.
2º Es un postre en una copa fría con pasas u otros frutos secos, con agua azucarada y arroz.
3º  Es un postre de natillas humeantes que se cocina con forma de lata que contiene pasas, azúcar y canela.
4º Es un pan cocinado a fuego lento y que tiene como ingrediente principal el almíbar dorado, semejante a la miel pero que proviene de la caña de azúcar.

1 º This solid dessert is a mixture of  raisins, of cherries, coconut, milk in powder and inflated rice.
2 º Is a dessert in a cold glass with raisins or other dried fruits, with sugary water and rice.
3 º Is a dessert of smoking custard that is cooked by form of tin that it contains raisins, sugar and cinnamon.
4 º Is a bread cooked to slow fire and that takes as a principal ingredient the golden syrup, similar to the honey but that comes from the sugar cane.

En un lugar del Mediterráneo...

Si tengo que elegir, uno de mis lugares favoritos sería un pequeño pueblo de interior llamado Algarrobo.

Algarrobo se encuentra en Andalucía en la provincia de Málaga y es en su parte de la costa donde suelo veranear todos los años, por lo que más hago yo es disfrutar de su pequeña pero bonita playa de la costa del Azahar que es bandera azul, comer pescaito frito en sus chiringuitos, jugar al fútbol, ver su torre mora o pasear por su bullicioso paseo marítimo por la noche. Me gusta sobre todo por poder relajarse y desconectar durante un tiempo, además de su gente muy amistosa con todos.

Descubrí este sitio porque es donde más suelo ir en las vacaciones de verano con mi familia desde  2004 cuando se lo recomendaron a mis padres. Sus pueblos vecinos, Sayalonga y Mezquitilla, son bastante parecidos y se pueden recorrer por sus playas. Llevaría a mis amigos para que lo conocieran ya que yo voy a los suyos cuando me invitan, también por Málaga.

Pienso que lo más especial que tiene Algarrobo es su mar en el que puedes bucear y ver muchísima fauna y muy rica cuando la preparan en la misma playa, por lo que invito a todo el que quiera pasar un verano más relajado pero a la vez mucha actividad por la noche que venga a este singular rincón de la Costa del Sol.

If I have to choose, one of my favorite places would be a small village of interior called Algarrobo.

Algarrobo is in Andalusia in the province of Malaga and is in its part of the coast where I am in the habit of spending the summer every year, for what more I do is to enjoy his small but nice beach of the coast of the Orange blossom that it is blue flag, to eat "pescaito" fred in his stalls, to play football, see his Moore tower or to walk along his boisterous maritime walk along the night. I like especially for being able to relax and disconnect during a time, besides his very friendly people with all.

I discovered this place because it is where more I am in the habit of going in the summer vacations with my family from 2004 when it was recommended to my parents. His neighboring villages, Sayalonga and Mezquitilla, are similar enough and can be crossed by her beaches.I would take my friends in order that they knew it since I go to theirs when they invite me, also for Malaga.

I think that the more special thing that has Algarrobo is his sea in which you can dive and see fauna great and very rich when they prepare her in the same beach, for what I invite to everything the one that wants to pass a more relaxed summer but many activity in the night that comes to this singular corner of the Costa del Sol.  

Chapito y todo lo que lleva a sus "espaldas".

Vamos a hablar de CHAPITO... pero ¿qué es?. Chapito es nada menos que un restaurante, bar, café teatro, circo etc, que se encuentra en Portugal en la ciudad de Lisboa, en el barrio de la Alfama y en la calle Rua Costa do Castelo con vistas al río Tajo.

We are going to speak about CHAPITO ... but what is?. Chapito is nothing less than a restaurant, bar, coffee theatre, circus etc, that is in Portugal in the city of Lisbon, in the neighborhood of the Alfama and in the Rua Costa do Castelo with overlooking the river Tajo. 

Chapito fue fundado en 1981 por una mujer, Teresa Madeira Ricou, como un proyecto social con un objetivo, la integración de jóvenes que están marginados a través del circo. Lo construyó en una antigua cárcel de mujeres y desea acoger a estos para que puedan tener una formación.

Por mi parte, yo pediría uno de sus platos más típicos y me sentaría en la terraza Bartó  para ver las actuaciones del circo y otras actividades culturales porque  sería una recompensa para todos los que tienen esa casa como hogar. Invitar a la familia seria una buena opción para disfrutarlas y pasar un buen rato juntos. Entre to lo que puedes ver se encuentra este año conciertos, exposiciones circos relacionados con Portugal, Brasil u otros países.

En mi opinión es un lugar perfecto para enriquecerse de cultura y vitalismo que se respira en Chapito, que además con su arquitectura simple con dos pisos en lo antes era una cárcel y ahora es más que una casa para muchos la convierten en un lugar que me gustaría visitar.

Chapito was founded in 1981 by a woman, Teresa Madeira Ricou, as a social project by the young people's integration that are isolated across the circus. In my opinion it is a perfect place to prosper of culture and vitalism that you can feel in Chapito, which in addition with his simple architecture with two flats in before was a jail and now it is more than a house for many people that I would like visit.

Un microrrelato para echar a volar la imaginación... y reflexionar

Microrrelato: Texto muy breve e imaginativo.

-Será...Puede que... Lo intentaré. Ella miraba un árbol que tenia en frente e imaginó cuanto tenia que haber pasado ese mismo para verse grandioso. Vio arriba un fruto maduro, parecía hermoso y libre, aunque bastante lejos, pero decidió subir y olvidar tantos números que atormentaban su cabeza. Cerca parecía el fruto cuando unas nubes grises se acercaban, hasta que que cayeron varias gotas de agua  que derretían sus posibilidades pero faltaba un poco más. Ella ya podía tocarlo cuando resbaló y volvió a donde no quería, allí.

Microstory: Text very brief and imaginative.

Un Haiku para la naturaleza

¿Qué es un HAIKU? Pues un Haiku es una poesía tradicional japonesa, breve y sus temas están relacionados con la naturaleza y el asombro que provoca.
